Heavy Duty Standard Commercial Quality AirScreens

The standard Air Screen is the least expensive to buy and also easier and less expensive to manufacture than the Self Standing and Sealed AirScreens below. Screens of 6m and above require at least two or more people to pull them into the air. They come standard with a front projection screen, blowers, and ropes. There is also an option to buy a rear projection screen and a specially designed road case (see bottom of page) at the time of manufacture.

These Heavy Duty Commercial Air Screens are constant air screens designed for durability in commercial use for Outdoor Cinema Companies, Corporation or commercial hire. Our AirScreens are heavier from the material we use but they are designed to last and we back them with a 3 year warranty. These screens are a constant air screen where constant air pressure is delivered by blowers (included). This type of inflatable screens is the most common and is in wide use around the world.

Self Standing Commercial Quality AirScreens

Self standing AirScreens are also constant air screens manufactured with the highest quality materials to exacting standards and designed for strength but that is where the similarity ends. These screens are our own design and unlike the standard screens they have a base and back supports as pictured below which means they instead of having to be manually pulled into the air like the standard air screens, they are designed to put themselves into the air as they inflate on their base. They have a sturdy base and come with a configuration of front screen projection as standard.

Self Standing AirScreens are more expensive to manufacture as they require almost twice the quantity of material used to manufacture than the standard design AirScreen above. Again, they come standard with a front projection screen, blowers, and ropes but there is also an option to add a rear projection screen and a specially designed road case (see bottom of page) at the time of manufacture.

Sealed Self Standing Air Screens

Sealed AirScreens are the best airscreen available. They are both very strong and very versatile with unique advantage over all other types of airscreens in that they are silent once inflated and will remain inflated for weeks on end without power. They are sought after because of their silent operation and their versatility because they can float on swimming pools or water, silent running for indoor events, they work well as a completely waterproof all-terrain screen and have virtually zero running costs as they do not use power once inflated.

The sealed Air Screens are essentially the same shape as the self standing inflatable screens with back supports and base but they are waterproof and air sealed to float on water like a rubber raft and rig for silent running indoors or outdoor, on any terrain for any purpose. They are made from the same heavy duty commercial material as commercial rubber rafts and are extremely heavy duty and naturally are heavier than the other screens. Due to the quality and watertight requirement the manufacturing process is much more labour intensive approximately 3 times as long as for a standard inflatable screen.

It has a hinged front which enables you to position the case into the position where the screen is to be inflated and simply roll the screen in & out of the case in place to avoid lifting, minimise onsite handling and save time.

This road and flight case is compartmentalised to provide for efficient safe storage of your Screen, tools & screen kit separately and protect it whilst in Transit.
